We have a tiny suspicion that somewhere along the way the universe glitched. The women and matriarchs are burned out, isolated, over-functioning, and somehow expected to keep smiling through it. Weird.
So we’re creating portals instead.
Tide House is where women gather across generations to share stories, pass wisdom, move big feelings, make beautiful things, and build alternate timelines rooted in care, connection, and collective joy.
Because women’s rage was never supposed to live quietly inside our bodies — it was meant to move, create, and change things.

Aunties & After’s is an intergenerational gathering where women come together to share stories, swap wisdom, and step into a softer timeline together. Bring a friend, niece, daughter, coworker — or your chosen family — because part of the magic is gathering across generations and unexpected connections.
The Care Club:
Virtual Sisterhood
The Care Club brings women across ages and lived experiences together to learn with our Aunties, teachers, and community guides. Through stories, conversation, creative practices, and deep learning, we’re opening portals into more connected ways of living — rewilding intuition, reclaiming voice, and transforming isolation into collective care.

What is
Tide House?
Tide House is an intergenerational, multicultural home for women’s healing, joy, and collective liberation.
In a time shaped by burnout, disconnection, and widespread harm toward women and girls, we create workshops, retreats, and shared experiences centered on storytelling, creativity, restorative practices, and intergenerational connection. We believe women deserve spaces where grief, rage, joy, softness, and truth can all exist together — and where that energy can be transmuted into care, connection, and collective action instead of isolation.
Our work is rooted in the belief that women are not meant to navigate life alone. Through intentional gathering, honest conversation, creativity, and community support, we’re practicing more sustainable, restorative, and deeply human ways of living together.
Meet the Founders
Tide House was created by two friends of 13 years who share a commitment to sisterhood, creativity, and collective healing. Rooted in the belief that healing happens both alone and together, they created
Tide House to help women relearn how to gather across age, identity, and experience — using story, intergenerational connection, and restorative approaches to women’s wellness that make room for harm, resilience, and shared humanity.
